Load the stacking bags into hopper,start the machine;action1: the sucktion take one pcs pouch from the hopper; action 2 the machine suck and open the top of the pouch;action 3 detection, the sensor check the pouch open or not ;action4 filling liquid (get the signal if the pouch open); action5 exhausting, exhaust the air from bag; action 6 print the date and code.

1.Automatic bag feeding--open the bag—filling the liquid material—exhaust—flat seal/print—finished product output.

2.This machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel panel, the bracket 40 series aluminum type material sealing structure, elegant appearance, safety operation.

3.The part which will contact with material all use SUS316L stainless steel, suit for the GMP standard.

4.Intelligent detection, no bag no filling and sealing, not open the bag also no filling and sealing.

5.Powerful, different size mask bag, different filling volume and whole day planning produce quantity all can be set at the touch screen easily.
