Gynecological gel syringe filling and capping machine.
The workflow is as follows:
1. Sorting: Gel tubes are sorted and placed on the tube-down track.
2. Filling Preparation: Tubes to be filled are fed to a turntable by a gripper.
3. Position Detection: A photoelectric sensor detects the presence of gel tubes to be filled (filling occurs if a tube is present, and not if no tube is present).
4. Filling Process: Ceramic valves are used for precise liquid flow control.
5. Capping: Caps are sorted by an automatic capping mechanism and sequentially placed in the capping station.
6. Finished Product Output: The finished product is discharged at the discharge station.
