Product Application

This machine is an on-line bag making design concept. Fully conform to pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing standards and be flexible and easy to transform. Leading bag-making technology, Plus automatic film cutting ,Fold and pouch ;With the unique modular design, the device has the greatest flexibility and intelligence.

VPD400-B sheet facial mask manufacturing line/machine is suitable for making and packing all kinds of nonwoven material facial masks by loading the mask fiber roll material with speed 50~60 bags/min.one machine one operator.can support different facial mask shapes by changing the Die-cut mould.1 layer or multi-layer mask sheets with same or different materials are available. machine function as follow.
1. Cut the mask from the roll material
2. Fold mask
3. Made the pouch/bag from the film roll material or pre-made bags given directly
4. Put the mask into the bag.
5. Fill bag with mask by liquid
6. Seal bag and emboss the lot number.
7. Leak test

Detection 1: The alarm of materials going to run out (Increase sensor switch of the material roll spun-lace non-woven, when the Diameter is close to run out (the machine will alarm),when it’s run out the machine need to stop running;)
