Product Application
High Speed Facial Face Mask Making and Packing Manufacturing Machine,there are only 6 work position on the machine. Load the stacking bags into hopper,start the machine;action1: the sucktion take one pcs pouch from the hopper; action 2 the machine suck and open the top of the pouch;action 3 detection, the sensor check the pouch open or not ;action4 filling liquid (get the signal if the pouch open); action5 exhausting, exhaust the air from bag; action 6 print the date and code.
Main Features
1. This equipment is a full-automatic machine, which can weld the mask body and the ear-loop at the same time.
2. This equipment is combined by 04 machines, one face mask body making machine ,one feeding machine,and two ear loop welding machines.The working line can finish the whole face mask with high production.
3. This equipment make 1-4 layers mask as customer's different requirements.
4. This equipment with PLC ,HMI and button.
5. This equipment is mainly suitable for disposable goods and surgical goods.
