Facial mask filling and sealing pack machine is a very compact horizontal type machine ,there are only 6 work position on the machine. Load the stacking bags into hopper,start the machine;action1: the sucktion take one pcs pouch from the hopper; action 2 the machine suck and open the top of the pouch;action 3 detection, the sensor check the pouch open or not ;action4 filling liquid (get the signal if the pouch open); action5 exhausting, exhaust the air from bag; action 6 print the date and code.

Feature

1.Automatic bag feeding--open the bag—filling the liquid material—exhaust—flat seal/print—finished product output.

2.This machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel panel, the bracket 40 series aluminum type material sealing structure, elegant appearance, safety operation.

3.The part which will contact with material all use SUS316L stainless steel, suit for the GMP standard.

4.Intelligent detection, no bag no filling and sealing, not open the bag also no filling and sealing.

5.Powerful, different size mask bag, different filling volume and whole day planning produce quantity all can be set at the touch screen easily.

6.The whole machine controller adopts 7 inch color touch screen, the equipment running parameter setting is convenient,intuitive. At the same time, has the function of Equipment.

Details

1. The hopper for prefabricated pouchs: load the stacking prefabricated bags in to hopper before start the machine.

2. Detecting and blowing: The sensor inspect and measure if the pouch open or not, blowing pressure air to open the bottom of the bags.

3. Filling parts: 3-30ml Essence Fluid; precision ± 0.5ml; the coefficient of viscosity should under the 20000(cp).

4. Sealing parts: hot seal, the top of the bag.But if the bag is not open and be detected by the sensor, this pouch will no sealing, and rejecting (it can recycling,no waste).
