Machine Operation Process
  • Manual placement of syringe honeycomb on special fetal membrane, with simultaneous hanging of syringe on bottle comb plate and automatic entry into filling dial
  • Syringe filling with single filling needle insertion, rising while filling, and simultaneous vacuum sealing during the filling process using specialized gel ceramic pump
  • Vacuum stoppering with rubber stopper arrangement via oscillator and delivery through stopper track, integrated with vacuum body for precise placement
  • Finished product collection through chute suspension and manual retrieval after filling and stoppering completion
