Function

This machine is our newly-design machine which used for filling plastic syringe. It can handle different material like gel,liquid and paste. The main fuction is:Loading syringe-Filling from bottom-Loading cap-Screwing cap-Output. It is easy to use but can meet your demand for higher production.

 

Feature

● This product is widely used for filling and capping all types of plastic syringes, special types can be customized.

 

● All surfaces are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and all contact parts are made of AISI 316L stainless steel and medical silicone rubber, which fully comply with GMP specifications.

 

● Ceramic piston pump to achieve quantitative filling, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance to high temperature, high filling accuracy.

 

● The use of internationally renowned electrical components, the implementation of non-interference modular control, synchronous action is all controlled by servo motor to complete, the implementation of automatic filling and stuffing, accurate and reliable, easy to operate.

 

* Optional automatic replenishment system, using liquid level sensing, automatic replenishment when lack of material.
* Optional hundred-level laminar flow hood to achieve high-demand clean production.
