Automatic High Speed Muti Lane Cosmetic Face Mask Pack Machine with Three Phase.
VPD 98-1 automatic facial mask packing machine(high speed) is designed and manufactured by our company.it's suitable for making and packing all kinds of tissue mask and biocellulose mask with the functions of non- woven mask forming, folding, bag making, feeding mask, wetting, bag sealing and Output.
Main Features
1. Bag charger: the bag charger is flexible, it can be adjust to fit different shape and size of the pouch, one time should put 3 stacks pouchs into the bag charger
2. Eliminating device: If the mask is cut and fold not well, it will be rejected by this position, such as connecting parts of the nonwoven , the Stained part,and so on.
3. Injecting parts(3 heads): it's Independent of the 3 injecting heads ,it can works with 1-3 different essence.3-30ml Essence Fluid ; precision ±1% ;the coefficient of viscosity should under the 20000(cp)
4. Leaking detection: check if the pouch is sealed well through a press of the conveyor to check the pouch is sealed well or not, the press power can be adjust.
