This product is specially designed by our company for the filling of prefilled syringes. It is an automatic packaging equipment for aseptic and efficient filling of syringes. 1.This product is widely applicable to SCF (prefilled syringe) syringes from BD, BG, SCHOTT and major domestic manufacturers. Other types of syringes can also be customized.
2.The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical silicon rubber, which fully meets the requirements of GMP specifications.
3.The ceramic plunger pump realizes quantitative filling, is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, wear-resisting and high temperature, and has high filling accuracy.
4.The conveying and sorting of the rubber plugs are realized by the vibratory feeder, which is made of SUS316L stainless steel clean plate with bright surface treatment and no clean dead corners.
5.It adopts internationally renowned electrical components and implements interference-free modular control. Synchronous actions are all controlled by servo motors. Automatic filling and stoppering are implemented, which is accurate, reliable and easy to operate.
6.The operation of the motor is controlled by the PLC programming controller. The human-computer interaction interface monitors and displays the working status of each station in real time, and automatically alarms and displays the fault location in real time, and the fault prompts.
7.A variety of filling doses and filling methods are available, and a variety of material front-end functions are optional.
8.The injection needle is used for filling with the liquid level rising to prevent splashing of liquid medicine.
9.The vacuum filling system is suitable for viscous materials to ensure that the liquid medicine fills the filling space without bubbles or faults, and improves the qualified rate of finished products.
10.The vacuum stopper system avoids particles generated by the vibration and friction of the rubber stopper, and ensures that the rubber stopper is in close contact with the liquid surface.

Auto loading conveyor

Loading syringe tube
Hang the syringe on the bottle comb plate together with the fetal membrane at one time.
Slide enter
Automatically enter the filling dial row by row from the slide. The dial rotates intermittently and feeds at a time. Insert a syringe into the dial wheel and turn it to the corresponding work station.
Filling Pump
Controlled by peristaltic pump, double needle filling, high precision and easy cleaning.
Vacuum stoppering of the syringe
The rubber stopper is arranged by the oscillator.A stopper rod first takes the rubber stopper on the stopper rod On the upper side, the stopper rod is integrated with a vacuum body, and at the same time, the syringe is pressed down to seal and vacuum, and then the stopper rod is added to the liquid level of the syringe.
