This is a high speed fully automatic facial mask making machine. this machine is used for Prefabricated bag, adjustable bag chargers can use all kinds of special shaped bags flexibly, 3 injection heads can be independent used for Various of essence. The movable control panel operate the machine more comfortably.
Main Features
1. This equipment is a full-automatic machine, which can weld the mask body and the ear-loop at the same time.
2. This equipment is combined by 04 machines, one face mask body making machine ,one feeding machine,and two ear loop welding machines.The working line can finish the whole face mask with high production.
3. This equipment make 1-4 layers mask as customer's different requirements.
4. This equipment with PLC ,HMI and button.
5. This equipment is mainly suitable for disposable goods and surgical goods.
