Product Description
Four-Side Freshness Wet Wipe Packaging Machine/Tissue Packing Machine is the new generation of packaging machines developed by our technical staff as the requirement of majority of domestic and foreign customers. The whole machine adopts light, electric and gas integrated design, advanced technology, the international advanced paper, non-woven packaging equipment. It can be used to produce four sides sealing packaging wet wipes, such as: female care wipes, makeup wipes, medical disinfectant wipes, isopropyl alcohol wet wipes, lenses clean wet wipes, computer clean wipes, shoes clean wet wipes, aviation wet wipes, catering wipes and so on.
Main Feature
1. It is suitable for four-side sealing products of all types wet wipes/tissue, alcohol swabs/pad and so on
2. Double times sealing better to ensure the liquid adding volume and avoid leaking.
3. The language of operate system can be made in your local language as Spanish, French,Korean,Russian,Japanese, Arabic and so on.
4. The full machine is covered with Stainless steel in good appearance, also easy to clear and durable. Low operation and maintenance cost.
5. Nonwoven fold :The tissue can be folded in different types. max 8 folding vertical, and 4 folding horizontal, fold freely by unfold nonwoven width, length.
6. Cutting and inserting parts:cut the length of the tissue, fold and insert it into the pouch,then add liquid
7. Forming and bottom sealing (mark sensor) :fold the film and forming it into bag,the sensor make it more exactly ,no blank edge and fault forming
8. Cutting parts:it's cut down the bags after the product finished , a single package ,twins package or anyother special edge can be changed through change Prints parts:two sets for print code ,one set for print tear parts
9. The user can change the steel letters to control the Date and codes print on the products;the tear mouth have two types for select 'V' or '' type;
